"Your feelings are hidden thoughts"
The idea here is to master your feelings, to do so, you have to become aware.

It takes time to make changes to your thinking habit. So meantime, we take this as you should mute out the noise as best as we can.
Meditate helps us to do that by keeping us calm and peace. Try. It's hard in the beginning, but everything is hard in the beginning, isn't it?
